Order Cancellation

• Modification or cancellation is available within 12 hours of payment.

• Orders already packed or shipped cannot be reversed.

• Approved cancellations incur a 6.9% + $1 administrative deduction.

Returns

Return requests must fall within:

• 30 days from purchase, or

• 14 days after receipt

Products must be unused and in resalable condition.

Prior approval is mandatory before sending returns.

Refund Processing

• Verified non-delivery

For voluntary returns, inspection is required before approval.

Replacements

Carrier errors qualify for free reshipment.

Limitations
